Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for products that have been slightly used (up to 10% of the product). If you are unsatisfied with the fragrance longevity or quality, you may return the product for an exchange or refund. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue results from our error (such as incorrect product shipment or damaged bottle).
